How quickly Thursday comes,
with so little done,
Monday has been crawled into,
Tuesday has gone well,
or not, if it has I have
fresh vegetables in the fridge
from farmer’s market.
Wednesday I’m earnestly
into the week,
Thursday is always my best day,
once I recover from the shock
of its arrival.
